Welcome to YouRefresh, operated by YouRefresh, Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our platform and services located at www.yourefresh.com ("YouRefresh" or the "Platform"). By accessing or using YouRefresh, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 13 years old to use YouRefresh. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
YouRefresh allows users to create interactive, curated pages by collecting and organizing public URLs into custom feeds. Users can:
Share, upvote, and move content blocks in real-time
Choose page visibility (Public, Private, Unlisted)
View live counters (Views, Moves)
Bookmark, like/dislike, and share pages
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your password
Be responsible for all activity under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
You may not use YouRefresh to:
Harass, threaten, or abuse others
Post illegal, pornographic, or hateful content
Violate copyright or intellectual property laws
Share private information without consent
Spam or promote external services abusively
Manipulate metrics (e.g., artificial Moves, Likes)
You own the content you submit, but by posting it, you grant YouRefresh a worldwide, royalty- free, non-exclusive license to use, display, reproduce, and promote it within the Platform.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our software, branding, or any other proprietary elements of the Platform without written permission.
YouRefresh allows users to generate and share content including usernames, page titles, and links. YouRefresh does not pre-screen or monitor user content and assumes no responsibility for:
Hyperlinks to external websites
Usernames, page descriptions, or titles
Third-party logos or trademarks shared by users
Users are solely responsible for their content. YouRefresh disclaims any and all liability for content posted by users, including infringement or misrepresentation.

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove the content. Repeat infringers may be banned.
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c), YouRefresh qualifies as a service provider under the DMCA and is protected by safe harbor provisions. We are not liable for user-submitted content and act as a neutral platform.

By using the Platform, you consent to our use of cookies in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Platform.
We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to monitor, edit, or remove any content at our sole discretion if it violates these Terms, community guidelines, or applicable law.
YouRefresh provides two types of chat features as part of the Platform:
A Global Chatroom, accessible to all users
Individual User Chatrooms, unique to each account and displayed on all pages created by that user
By participating in any chatroom, you agree to the following terms:
1. Acceptable Behavior
Treat all participants with respect.
Do not harass, spam, troll, or impersonate others.
Do not share obscene, hateful, threatening, or illegal content.
Avoid excessive self-promotion or link spam.
2. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the messages you send and the interactions you initiate.
YouRefresh does not pre-screen chat content and assumes no liability for messages sent by users.
3. Moderation Rights
We may monitor and moderate chatrooms at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to delete messages, restrict chat access, or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
4. Data Use
Chat messages may be stored and reviewed to ensure compliance with platform standards and to enhance user safety.
Use of chat features is a privilege, not a right. Abuse of the chat system may result in account- level actions, including suspension or ban.
Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, and share your personal data. By using YouRefresh, you consent to the collection and handling of data as outlined in that policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy any downloaded materials.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non- infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YouRefresh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility. In no case shall our total liability exceed $10 USD.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YouRefresh and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and costs resulting from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted online and are effective immediately. Continued use of YouRefresh after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Houston, Texas. Claims must be brought individually, not as part of a class action.
